I read "GODFATHER" by Mario Puzo again after 4-5 yrs. Some of the quotable lines/comments -

- "Be reasonable"
- `I will make an offer he can not refuse`.
- CASTING COUCH is common in HOLLYWOOD...It's conclusion;)
- An angry decision is nowhere near to correct...huhhh...

Overall GOOD One...Last time I liked "The LAST DON" too !! These are must read
for all.

It's all about talents !!

When "Indian IDOL" started on SONY TV, I never used to listen these kind of programs. I admired most "SAREGAMA...PA" on Zee TV and other lots coming into a number of programs were not at all good to listen even once.

I started it first when I heard Abhijeet Sawant singing "Tu mile, Dil khile" from Criminal. My first feeling on that time was that he might have sung this song for movie and might have generated same waves....that this song created anyway.

Abhijeet, Rahul and Amit were good and got much appreciation.

The new lot doesn't look very promising...but "SAREGAMA...PA" ( Zee TV ) tend to give some good singers this time. Last few episodes going too good......Let's C !!

Who is it ???

I appreciate the true beauty of Sushmita Sen since long. In fact, Since the time she become Miss Universe....reason being her answers to cryptic questions asked by so called journalists, interviewers.

It just happened that one afternoon I see Sush. on some of the TV channel. She was giving interview to Shekhar Gupta ( Indian Express ). Shekhar had been putting questions and she was giving the best answers I can think. One particular answer I liked was in fact, shows the atitude of person about human kind, people around us. There had been happening so much in film industry in past months that a question like it could have been answered in a very bad mood.

Anyway, the question was something about Sush's father who use to accompany her in initial days on shooting events. Initially he did it for around 6 months ( as told by Sush. ), then it stopped. The question said, why he stopped accompanying a lady of 19-20 in an industry which is supposed to be enough corrupt, at least in terms of exploitations.

Q. "Was it that Sush's father got tired of it or he started thinking that she can take care of her concerns" ?

At that moment, I started thinking that this is quite tricky and as usual a celebrity will try to answer this diplomatially saying a number of funny things but the answer was very straight forward. She replied

"After around 6 months or so, my father found that people around us are not bad. There are tonnes of good human being who are credibly good to work with" !!

It's all attitude and aptitude !!
